What OBS utilizes to develop SW?

We are team of 15 people at this moment. We grow very slow as its rather hard to became a part of us. We have following departments:

• Ruby on Rails
• Java
• Project Management and Consulting
• Quality and Data Entry
• UI and Design
• ERP

Today we work on over 10 projects at the same time. What helps us every day?

• Experience: counter on our website shows that we have about 57073 hours experience working on your projects!
• Talent and commitment: We believe that its not enough to be just good expert - you need to be aimed to bring best suitable solution for your customer and share his thoughts on it!
• About 13 cans of Coke / day
• About 12 bars of chocolates / day
• About 12 lunches / day. Each lunch consists of:

1. Soup
2. Meat/Fish + spaghetti/rise/buckwheat
3. Tea
4. Bread

• About 10 papers for printing /day
• We produce 2 baskets of garbage / day
